1 & 1/4" thick bone-in chops. Forest/Pasture-raised heritage breed pork chops are NOT your "normal" grocery store pork chops. There is much more fat than a conventionally-raised "pink" pig. But fat equals flavor and these chops will have you licking your fingers! We have a hard time keeping these in stock , as our regular customers can't get enough!
