Our cattle are grass-fed, grass-finished.  Which means they eat only grass and hay.  Period.  No corn/grain/beef feed.  Our pastures are not sprayed and we apply no chemical fertilizers.

All of our animals are pasture raised, but our pigs and broilers receive a supplemental feed made from non-GMO and organic ingredients.

All of our animals are raised on pasture, outside in the fresh air and sunshine.

Our pigs are seasonally rotated around the farm, which provides fresh food, minimizes soil disturbance, and spreads animal waste (fertilizer) more evenly. Spring and summer they are on pasture, grazing just like cattle. Fall and winter, we move them into the woods to graze on acorns and hickory nuts.

Animals on our farm receive no medicines, medicated feeds, or shots of any kind. If an animal becomes sick, we treat it, just as we would our own child.  But because of our regenerative production methods, our herds are particularly healthy and resilient, and sick animals are an anomaly.
