Our pigs are seasonally rotated around the farm, which provides fresh food, minimizes soil disturbance, and spreads animal waste (fertilizer) more evenly. Spring and summer they are on pasture, grazing just like cattle. Fall and winter, we move them into the woods to graze on acorns and hickory nuts.
